As these services involve expert consultation, planning, analysis, and customized technical work, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a service before project work has commenced.
If the project has not started, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
Once project execution has begun, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Payment received for a service that cannot be provided by Threat Expert.
- Cancellation approved before work has commenced.
- Other exceptional circumstances approved by management.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Completed consulting services.
- Completed cybersecurity assessments or audits.
- Penetration testing engagements after testing has started.
- Secure software development work already performed.
- Digital deliverables, reports, documentation, or security findings that have been shared with the client.
- Customized implementation or integration services.
- Subscription or managed services for the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Refund requests will not be approved if delays or project issues result from:
- Failure to provide required information or access.
- Changes in project requirements after work has begun.
- Delays caused by third-party vendors or client infrastructure.
- Failure to respond within agreed project timelines.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Invoice or payment reference
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
All requests will be reviewed by our team.
If approved, refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Managed Security & Subscription Services
For recurring or subscription-based services:
- Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Charges already incurred for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Project-Based Services
For fixed-price projects:
- Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is terminated before completion, any applicable refund will be determined based on the completed work, resources utilized, and contractual obligations.
9. Force Majeure

Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents affecting third-party providers, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Such circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund.
